A new and distinct direction of the project was the business program of the Cup. We organized a business breakfast with international speakers who discussed key industry topics, and we also developed a dedicated educational program for football clubs.
Within the events track, we focused on the key moments of the Cup and turned them into standalone experiences. The team identified unconventional venues, enhanced event formats and mechanics, and involved a wide range of high-profile guests and participants.
