We started with a strategic deep dive into the brand’s current position, competitive pressure points, and user behaviour across key iGaming segments. The analysis showed a clear insight: traditional category positioning no longer delivers long-term differentiation in saturated markets.

Based on this approach, we structured the platform’s brand architecture and defined a positioning rooted in competitive spirit, progression, mastery, and emotional engagement — values naturally aligned with both esports culture and iGaming motivation models.

Our key proposal was to build the brand through an esports-first lens — leveraging esports as a cultural code, mindset, and behavioural environment deeply embedded in the audience’s daily life. For us, esports became the foundation for brand meaning, not just a media extension.
